摘要:
肺动脉高压(PH)合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(OSA)发病率很高,OSA会通过多种途径促进PH的进展,在PH患者中筛查OSA意义重大。持续气道正压通气治疗PH合并OSA可不同程度降低PH及改善右心功能,但其治疗对PH是否能长期获益并不确定。现总结PH合并OSA的研究进展,以期对PH合并OSA的诊治提供理论依据。
Abstract:
The incidence of pulmonary hypertension (PH) with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is high,and OSA can promote the progression of PH through multiple pathways,so it is important to screen for OSA in patients with PH. Continuous positive airway pressur treatment of PH with OSA can reduce PH and improve right heart function in varying degrees,but whether the treatment has a long-term benefit on PH is uncertain. The purpose of this review is to summarize the research progress of PH with OSA in order to provide theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of PH with OSA
