摘要:
阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征是一种尚未得到充分认识和重视的疾病。大量以往的研究已经证实,阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停与高血压的发病密切相关,是高血压的独立危险因素,呼吸暂停引起的低氧血症可导致氧化应激反应,从而在体内中形成包括交感神经兴奋、RAAS系统激活、炎症因子释放等在内的一系列病理生理改变,最终致使血压升高。睡眠呼吸紊乱的减少在与之相关难治性高血压综合管理中占有极其重要的地位。
Abstract:
Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndromeis a disease that has not been fully recognized and valued.A large number of previous studies have confirmed that obstructive sleep apnea is closely related to the incidence of hypertension and is an independent risk factor for hypertension.Hypoxemia caused by apnea can lead to oxidative stress, which results in a series of pathophysiological changes including sympathetic excitation, activation of RAAS system, release of inflammatory factors, and ultimately elevates blood pressure.The reduction of sleep-related respiratory disorders plays an important role in the comprehensive management of refractory hypertension
