摘要:
随着恶性肿瘤治疗手段的改进,放射治疗已成为重要的治疗方法之一,在提高肿瘤治愈率的同时,放射治疗过程中产生的辐射也对心脏造成一定的损伤。目前放射性心脏病已成为肿瘤幸存者中最常见的非恶性死亡原因,极大地削弱了放疗带来的生存受益,因此对于放射性心脏病的治疗是目前临床医生研究的重点和难点。相关研究表明他汀类药物、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、抗炎药和抗氧化类药物等新药可干预放射性心脏病,现对放射性心脏病的治疗做一综述。
Abstract:
With the improvement of treatment methods for cancer, radiotherapy has become one of the important treatment methods. While increasing the cure rate of tumors, the radiation generated during radiotherapy also causes certain damage to the heart. At present, radiation-induced heart disease (RIHD) has become the most common cause of non-malignant death among tumor survivors, which greatly weakens the survival benefit of radiotherapy. Therefore, the treatment of RIHD is the focus and difficulty of current clinician research. Relevant research indicates that statin s,angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors, anti-inflammatory drugs and anti-oxidation drugs can treat RIHD. This article will review the treatment of RIHD.
