摘要:
心血管疾病是一种高发病率和高病死率的疾病。尽管医疗水平不断提高,但心血管疾病的患病率和死亡率仍居高不下。越来越多的研究发现,自身抗体在心血管疾病的致病过程中起着极大的作用。现就这些自身抗体在心血管疾病中的致病机制的研究进展做一综述。
Abstract:
Cardiovascular disease is a disease with high morbidity and mortality. Despite the continuous improvement of medical level, the morbidity and mortality of cardiovascular diseases remain high. More and more studies have found that autoantibodies play an important role in the pathogenesis of cardiovascular diseases.This article reviews the progress of the research on the pathogenic mechanism of these autoantibodies in cardiovascular diseases.
