摘要:
心血管疾病(CVD)是导致当前中国城乡居民死亡的主要原因之一。肝素结合蛋白(HBP)作为一种新型炎症生物标志物,因其快速、有效、床旁便捷等特点,不仅在早期诊断和预后判断感染性疾病中较传统标志物表现更好,在辅助诊断非感染性疾病中也具有重要的临床价值。近年来HBP在CVD中的研究与应用越来越多。现主要概述HBP的生物学意义,重点介绍其在急性心肌梗死、急性主动脉夹层、心脏停搏、体外循环术后中的作用机制及研究进展。
Abstract:
Cardiovascular disease(CVD) is one of the leading causes of death among urban and rural residents in China. Heparin-binding protein (HBP) is a novel inflammatory biomarker that has gained increasing attention due to its early,rapid,effective,and convenient bedside use. Besides its superiority over traditional markers in the early diagnosis and prognosis of infectious diseases,HBP also has important clinical value in the assisted diagnosis of non-infectious diseases. In recent years,the application of HBP in cardiovascular disease has become more and more common. This paper mainly summarizes the biological significance of HBP,with a focus on its mechanisms of action and research progress in acute myocardial infarction,acute aortic dissection,cardiac arrest,and post-extracorporeal circulation surgery
