摘要:
本文就雄激素性脱发(AGA)与心血管疾病(CVD)相关性的研究进展作综述。最近数十年的许多研究发现AGA与CVD发病风险存在关联。AGA对高血压、高血脂、肥胖和动脉粥样硬化等心血管危险因素均有影响。目前对其潜在机制的研究主要集中在代谢综合征、胰岛素抵抗、雄激素作用和慢性炎症等方面。迄今为止,关于亚洲人AGA与CVD相关性的研究仍不足。针对中国人AGA与CVD相关性的研究,将有助于中国AGA患者CVD的早期筛查和预防。
Abstract:
This review aims to summarize the progress in research on association between androgenetic alopecia (AGA) and cardiovascular disease (CVD). Numerous studies in recent decades have found that AGA is associated with the risk of CVD. There are many effects of AGA on CVD,including hypertension,hyperlipidemia,obesity and atherosclerosis. Studies on the underlying mechanisms mainly focus on metabolic syndrome,insulin resistance,effects of androgen and chronic inflammation.At present,studies on the relationship between AGA and CVD in Asians are still insufficient. The study on the correlation between AGA and CVD in Chinese will be helpful for the early screening and prevention of cardiovascular diseases in AGA patients in China.
