摘要:
射频消融术目前是治疗心房颤动的有效手段之一,不仅能有效控制心室率,还能帮助患者恢复窦性心律,从而缓解临床症状。然而,在治疗心房颤动的过程中,射频消融术不可避免地会对患者的左心房功能产生影响,可能导致左心房功能的改变,并引发左心房僵硬综合征。现就射频消融术后左心房僵硬综合征的研究进展进行综述。
Abstract:
Radiofrequency ablation is currently one of the effective methods for treating atrial fibrillation. It can not only effectively control the ventricular rate but also help patients restore sinus rhythm,thereby alleviating clinical symptoms. However,during the treatment of atrial fibrillation,radiofrequency ablation inevitably affects the function of the patient’s left atrium,which may lead to changes in left atrial function and trigger the stiff left atrial syndrome. This article reviews the research progress on stiff left atrial syndrome after radiofrequency ablation
