摘要:
目的 探究维生素对心脏骤停动物模型复苏后心功能的影响。方法 利用随机数字选取12只SD大鼠,随机分为对照组和实验组,通过诱导6 min心室颤动以及8 min心肺复苏对大鼠进行心脏骤停造模,运用超声检查比较实验组和对照组的心功能状态及微循环检查观察全身微循环灌注状况。使用参数检验对实验数据进行统计分析。结果 与对照组相比,Vitamin C组在第2小时心输出量明显增加(P=0.047),同期射血分数也明显增加(P<0.001),在第3小时开始心肌性能指数明显降低(P=0.001)。在舌下微循环观察中发现,Vitamin C组与对照组相比,微血管血流指数和微血管密度分别在第1、2小时表现出明显的差异性(P<0.001,P=0.01)。结论 Vitamin C对心肺复苏后心肌功能的恢复有一定改善作用。 【
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of Vitamin on cardiac function after resuscitation in animal model of cardiac arrest . Methods Twelve SD rats were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group. Rat model of cardiac arrest was established by inducing 6 minutes ventricular fibrillation and 8 min utes cardiopulmonary resuscitation . The cardiac function and microcirculation are compared by ultrasonic examination between the experimental group and the control group. Statistical analysis of experimental data was performed using parameter test. Results Compared with the control group, Vitamin C group experienced a significant increase in cardiac output at the 2nd hour( P=0.045), meanwhile there was a significant increase in ejection fraction at the 2nd hour( P<0.001). Myocardial performance index had a significant decrease at the 3 rd hour ( P=0.001). The Vitamin C group was compared with the control group under the observation of sublingual microcirculation, microvascular blood flow index had a significant increase in the 1st hour(P<0.001), and microvascular density showed obvious difference(P=0.01) at the 2nd hour. Conclusion Vitamin C improved the recovery of myocardial function after cardiopulmonary resuscitation
