摘要:
心房颤动作为临床常见的心律失常类型,导管消融术已成为症状性患者的一线微创治疗选择,但手术后复发率依然较高。左心耳的解剖和电生理特性在心房颤动的触发和维持中起着重要作用。研究表明左心耳电隔离可能降低心房颤动的复发率,但术后仍可能出现并发症和血栓形成的风险。现综述左心耳与心房颤动导管消融术后复发之间的关系,以及左心耳电隔离的相关研究。
Abstract:
Atrial fibrillation (AF) is a common arrhythmia in clinical practice and catheter ablation(CA) has become a primary minimally invasive treatment for symptomatic patients. However ,the recurrence rate after surgery remains high. The structure and electrical properties of the left atrial appendage are crucial for the triggering and sustaining of atrial fibrillation. Recent studies suggest that left atrial appendage electrical isolation may reduce the recurrence rate of atrial fibrillation,but the risks of complications and thrombosis may still occur after surgery. This article reviews the relationship between the left atrial appendage and recurrence after catheter ablation for atrial fibrillation ,as well as the related studies on left atrial appendage electrical isolation
