摘要:
随着经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)在冠心病(CHD)患者中的广泛应用,CHD患者的死亡率呈逐渐下降的趋势,但PCI术后发生主要不良心血管事件的风险增加。故早期、准确的危险分层对CHD患者的PCI术后管理至关重要。年龄、肌酐、射血分数(ACEF)评分包括年龄、血肌酐以及左室射血分数3个变量,数据简单易得,近年来被逐渐引入CHD介入治疗领域,其预测能力的准确性在多种临床实践中得到了大量验证。本文将对ACEF评分及其衍生评分在PCI术后CHD患者中的应用做一综述。
Abstract:
With the widespread application of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD),the mortality rate of patients with CHD has gradually decreased. However,there is an increased risk of major adverse cardiovascular events after PCI. Therefore,early and accurate risk stratification is crucial for the postoperative management of CHD patients after PCI. Age,creatinine and ejection fraction ( ACEF) score includes age ,creatinine,and left ventricular ejection fraction,the data are easy to obtain,and its accurate predictive ability has been widely verified in a variety of clinical practices. This article will review the application of the ACEF score and its derivative scores in patients with CHD after PCI
