摘要:
冠状动脉分叉病变约占整个冠状动脉介入治疗的15%~20%,是在即刻手术成功率及远期心脏事件方面最具有挑战的冠状动脉病变之一。介入治疗策略的选择仍极具争议,目前主要以简单策略和复杂策略为主。随着药物涂层球囊探索性治疗延伸至分叉病变,为分叉病变的治疗带来更多选择和更多获益。
Abstract:
Coronary bifurcation lesions account for approximately 15%~20% of all coronary interventions and are among the most challenging coronary lesions in terms of immediate procedural success and long-term cardiac events. The choice of the interventional strategy remains highly controversial and is currently dominated by simple and complex strategies. With the extension of exploratory drug balloon therapy to bifurcation lesions,more options and benefits are available for the treatment of bifurcation lesions
