摘要:
心房颤动(房颤)作为重大的公共卫生事件,具有高发病率及死亡率。而血压变异性作为独立于血压水平的危险因素,被证明与房颤具有相关性,但目前对血压变异性与房颤的发生风险及病理生理机制缺乏系统性认知。现就血压变异性的定义、分类、测量方法、评测指标、生理机制、血压变异性与房颤的相关性及血压变异性引起房颤的机制进行综述。
Abstract:
Atrial fibrillation is a major public health event with a high incidence rate and mortality. As a risk factor independent of blood pressure level, blood pressure variability was related to atrial fibrillation risk. However , there is a lack of systematic understanding about the relationship between blood pressure variability and atrial fibrillation , and underlying pathophysiological mechanisms. T he article reviews the definition , classification, measurement methods, evaluation index, physiological mechanisms of blood pressure variability, correlation and mechanisms between blood pressure variability and atrial fibrillation.
