摘要:
体外直流电复律是心房颤动节律控制策略中一种简单有效的方式,但目前尚无统一的电复律方案。除颤波类型、能量大小、电极板位置、电极板加压、双体外直流电复律和抗心律失常药物预处理等因素均可影响心房颤动电复律的效果,心房颤动电复律方案需进一步探索。
