摘要:
随着腺苷药物应用,心脏负荷功能试验的无创检查技术越来越多样化和精准化,如药物负荷心肌显像、负荷超声心动图、腺苷负荷心脏磁共振等技术在临床冠心病的诊治及预后评价、冠脉微血管疾病、冠心病等危症、慢血流综合征等方面具有重要价值,现将腺苷药物的临床应用及进展做一简述。
Abstract:
With the application of adenosine drugs, non-invasive examination techniques for cardiac load function tests are becoming more diverse and precise, such as drug loading MPI, stress echocardiography , adenosine stress myocardial magnetic resonance and other technologies. It has important value in the diagnosis and treatment of clinical coronary heart disease, prognosis evaluation, coronary microvascular disease, coronary heart disease and other chronic diseases, slow blood flow syndrome, etc. The clinical application and progress of adenosine drugs are briefly described
