摘要:
冠心病患者体内炎性指标水平普遍偏高,粥样硬化斑块更是一种炎性综合体,使得冠心病成为一种炎症性疾病。炎症反应各个环节成为冠心病的治疗靶点,关于抗炎药物的临床研究更是层出不穷,现就近几年来冠心病抗炎治疗的临床研究进展做一综述。
Abstract:
Coronary heart disease(CHD)patients have a high level of inflammatory medium. The atherosclerotic plaque is almost an inflammasome. CHD is confirmed as an inflammatory disease and each inflammation progress becomes target for its treatment. Clinical studies about anti-inflammatory medicine are consistently emerging and evolving. This paper summarizes the recent clinical research progress for CHD anti-inflammatory therapy.
