摘要:
心脏起搏是针对心脏传导系统疾病的有效治疗方式。传统的心脏起搏方式为右心室起搏,而生理性的起搏方式为双心室起搏、心脏再同步化治疗、希氏束起搏及希氏束旁起搏。传统的心脏起搏可引起心脏电活动以及机械活动不同步,增加患者房性心律失常、左心室功能异常以及心力衰竭的风险。近期,左束支起搏(LBBP)因其起搏阈值低而稳定,安置时间较短,能有效纠正左束支传导阻滞等优点,成为克服上述局限性的一种替代方法。在本综述中将讨论现有对LBBP的认识。
Abstract:
Cardiac pacing is an effective therapy for patients with cardiac conduction disease. Traditional pacing therapy is right ventricular pacing (RVP),while physiological pacing therapies are biventricular pacing (BVP),cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT),His bundle pacing (HBP) and para-Hisian pacing (PHP) . These therapies may cause electrical and mechanical dyssynchrony,which attributes to increased risk for atrial arrhythmias,left ventricular dysfunction and heart failure (HF). Recently,left bundle branch pacing (LBBP) emerges as an alternative approach to overcome these limitations,for its low and stable pacing threshold,short implantation time and correction of left bundle branch block (LBBB). In this review,we discuss the current knowledge of LBBP.
