摘要:
人口老龄化导致肿瘤发病率升高的同时,肿瘤治疗的进展使肿瘤患者的病死率降低、生存时间延长。由于肿瘤和心血管疾病(CVD)有许多共同危险因素,且肿瘤治疗相关的心血管毒性发生率增加,肿瘤幸存者并发CVD的风险升高,CVD已成为肿瘤幸存者死亡的主要原因。心脏康复可有效改善CVD患者的预后,已广泛应用于CVD的治疗。运动处方是心脏康复的基石,很多研究已发现运动锻炼也可提高肿瘤患者的心肺适能,有效降低心血管风险,降低病死率。现结合指南和一系列临床研究,就肿瘤心脏病康复的背景、有效性、具体内容等相关知识进行简要介绍。
Abstract:
With the increasing incidence of cancer caused by aging of population and the development of cancer therapy,the mortality of cancer decreases and the survival time prolongs. Cancer and cardiovascular disease (CVD) share many common risk factors ,and incidence rate of cancer treatment-related cardiovascular toxicity has increased in these years. CVD has become the leading cause of death for cancer survivors. Cardiac rehabilitation can effectively improve prognosis of patients with CVD,which is applied widely in treatment of CVD. Exercise prescription is the base of cardiac rehabilitation. Several studies have found that exercise training could increase cardiopulmonary fitness of patients with cancer,?effectivelydecrease CVD risk and mortality. Based on the guidelines and a series of clinical studies,this review provides an overview of the background,feasibility,practical items of cardio-oncology rehabilitation
