摘要:
结缔组织疾病是一组全身性炎症性的自身免疫性疾病,可累及全身多个脏器,其中以心血管系统最为严重。同型半胱氨酸是一种含巯基的氨基酸,是甲硫氨酸循环的中间产物,与心血管疾病的发生、发展密切相关,被认为是心血管疾病独立危险因素。近年来相关研究表明,结缔组织疾病患者存在高同型半胱氨酸血症,且与心血管疾病发生风险相关,高同型半胱氨酸血症可能在结缔组织疾病并发心血管疾病中发挥重要作用。
Abstract:
Connective tissue disease is a group of systemic inflammatory autoimmune diseases that can affect multiple organs throughout the body,of which the cardiovascular system is the most serious. Homocysteine is a sulfhydryl-containing amino acid and an intermediate product of the methionine cycle. It is closely related to the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases and is considered an independent risk factor for cardiovascular diseases. In recent years,relevant studies have shown that patients with connective tissue diseases have hyperhomocysteinemia and are related to the risk of cardiovascular disease . Hyperhomocysteinemia may play an important role in connective tissue diseases complicated by cardiovascular diseases.
