摘要:
近年来,环境气候因素对心肌梗死的影响被越来越多的学者所认知。根据大量的国内外相关研究发现,急性心肌梗死患者的发病率、住院率、死亡率以及预后与居住温度、气压、湿度和风速等气候因素有着不可忽略的关系及规律。气候因素通过影响血管收缩、血管内皮损伤、冠状动脉的血栓形成以及斑块破裂等方面影响着急性心肌梗死的发生发展。本文将通过对不同国家不同气候因素与心肌梗死的相关研究报告进行分析,从而对不同气候因素与急性心肌梗死之间的关系进行系统综述,并对其发病机制做出初步的阐述。
Abstract:
In recent years ,the influence of environmental and climatic factors on myocardial infarction has been recognized by more and more scholars. According to a large number of related studies at home and abroad,it is found that the incidence, hospitalization rate,mortality and prognosis of patients with acute myocardial infarction have a relationship and regularity that can not be ignored with climatic factors such as living temperature,pressure,humidity,wind speed and so on. Climatic factors affect the occurrence and development of acute myocardial infarction by affecting vasoconstriction,vascular endothelial injury,coronary artery thrombosis, plaque rupture and so on. This paper will analyze the relevant research reports on different climatic factors and myocardial infarction in different countries,so as to systematically summarize the relationship between different climatic factors and acute myocardial infarction,and make a preliminary exposition on its pathogenesis
