摘要:
血压变异(BPV)是指一定时间内血压的波动程度,血压靶器官损害和预后密切相关。但由于BPV监测指标测量时程的不同,短期、中期期BPV血压预后的评估存在差异,不同类的BPV具有其独特的优势弊端。解各类BPV的评测方法优势是正确评价心脑血管疾病所致靶器官损害的前提。对于不同类BPV测量方法研究对象对BPV的影响进行系统综述。
Abstract:
Blood pressure variability(BPV) is the degree of fluctuation in blood pressure over a period of time,it is closely related to hypertension target organ damage and prognosis.Howeverdue to different BPV monitoring indicators and measurement durations,short-term,medium-term,and long-term BPV and hypertension prognosis are different,so different types of BPV have their unique advantages and disadvantages.Understanding the evaluation methods and advantages of various types of BPV is a prerequisite for the correct evaluation of target organ damage caused by cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.This article reviews the effects of different types of BPV measurement methods and research subjects on blood pressure variability
