摘要:
目的 探讨太原市主要大气污染物对心血管疾病住院的影响。 方法 收集2013—2015年太原市心血管疾病的逐日入院病历资料,同期太原市主要污染物日均浓度变化及气象学资料,采用病例交叉研究方法,比较不同滞后天数 (lag0~5)下,太原市大气污染物对心血管疾病住院的影响。 结果 SO 2、PM10、CO、O3和PM2.5均可增加心血管疾病住院人数(P<0.05),对入院影响的最佳滞后期分别为lag3、lag3、lag5、lag0和lag4 SO2与PM10、PM2.5联合作用, PM2.5与PM10、SO2联合作用,PM2.5与PM10联合作用,PM10与PM2.5及SO2联合作用,可导致心血管疾病入院人数增加(P<0.05)。结论 暴露于SO 2、PM10、CO、O3和PM2.5会增加心血管疾病住院风险,PM10与PM2.5及SO2存在联合作用,导致心血管疾病住院风险升高。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of air pollutants on cardiovascular disease admission in Taiyuan. Methods We collected the day-to-day admission records of cardiovascular disease patients, daily mean concentrations of major pollutants and meteorological data of Taiyuan from 2013 to 2015.Case-crossover study was used to compare the effects of air pollutants on cardiovascular disease hospitalization in Taiyuan with different lag days (lag0 ~ 5). Results The results showed that SO 2,PM10,CO,O3 and PM2.5 can increase the number of patients admitted for cardiovascular disease (P<0.05). The best lags in hospital admission are lag3,lag3,lag5,lag0 and lag4 days. The combined effect of SO2 and PM10,PM2.5,the combined effect of PM2.5 and PM10,SO 2,the combined effect of PM2.5 and PM10,and the combined effect of PM10 and PM2.5,SO2 can lead to an increase in the number of patients admitted for cardiovascular disease (P<0.05). Conclusion Exposure to SO2, PM10, CO, O3 and PM2.5 increased the risk of hospitalization for cardiovascular disease, and PM10 had a combined effect with PM2.5 and SO 2, resulting in an increased risk of hospitalization for cardiovascular disease.
