摘要:
心力衰竭是一种血流动力学变化相关并可累多器官系统的复杂的临床综合征,伴随着心力衰竭的各种共病在一定程度上可影响患者的生活质量和临床结局。心源肝病是指在其他肝损害原因的情况下由心脏疾病引起的肝脏损害。心力衰竭所致的肝功能异常是心内科医师临床工作中应注意到的问题。将心力衰竭继发肝脏疾病的病理生理机制,肝功能异常在心力衰竭中的临床意义以肝功能评分、肝脏纤维化评分在心力衰竭中的应用做以下综述。
Abstract:
Heart failure is a complex clinical syndrome associated with hemodynamic changes and can affect multiple organ systems. The various comorbidities associated with heart failure can affect the quality of life and clinical outcome of patients to some extent. Cardiogenic liver disease refers to liver damage caused by heart disease in the absence of other causes of liver damage. The abnormality of liver function caused by heart failure is a problem that cardiologists should pay attention to in clinical work. This article reviews the pathophysiological mechanism of liver disease secondary to heart failure,the clinical significance of abnormal liver function in heart failure,and the application of liver function score and liver fibrosis score in heart failure.
