摘要:
急性心肌梗死是一种高发病率、死亡率的心血管疾病。长链非编码RNA是长度>200个核苷酸且不编码蛋白质的RNA,随着近些年的深入研究,越来越多的证据表明长链非编码RNA参与心肌梗死的发生和发展。对包括动脉粥样硬化、心肌细胞自噬、炎症反应、心肌细胞凋亡、心肌重塑具有重要调节作用。现就长链非编码RNA对急性心肌梗死发病影响的研究进展做一综述。
Abstract:
Acute myocardial infarction (AMI) is a cardiovascular disease with high morbidity and mortality. Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are RNAs that are greater than 200 nucleotides in length and do not encode proteins. In recent years, there is increasing evidence that long non-coding RNAs are involved in the development of myocardial infarction. It has important regulatory effects on atherosclerosis, autophagy of cardiomyocytes, inflammatory response, cardiomyocyte apoptosis, and myocardial remodeling. This article reviews lncRNA on the pathogenesis of acute myocardial infarction.
