摘要:
心脏康复是采用药物、运动、营养、教育、心理和生活方式改变等综合干预方式管理和控制疾病的危险因素,提升耐力和生活质量,减缓或阻止动脉硬化进展,降低心脑血管疾病急性事件发生,降低整体死亡率,并减少主要不良心血管事件(MACE)的发生,改善疾病预后,提高患者的生活质量。现结合最新的研究进展,对心脏康复在心血管疾病中的应用进行综述,以更好地帮助患者康复并提高生活质量。
Abstract:
Cardiac rehabilitation is a comprehensive intervention strategy that integrates medications,exercise,nutrition,education,psychology,and lifestyle modifications to effectively manage and control risk factors associated with cardiovascular diseases. This approach aims to enhance endurance and quality of life,decelerate or prevent the progression of arteriosclerosis,reduce the incidence of acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events,lower overall mortality rates,and diminish the occurrence of major adverse cardiovascular events. Furthermore,it seeks to improve disease prognosis and enhance patients’ quality of life. In light of recent research advancements,this review examines the application of cardiac rehabilitation in the context of cardiovascular diseases,with the objective of optimizing patient recovery and enhancing quality of life
