摘要:
近年来,随着医疗技术的进步与发展,经导管治疗结构性心脏病的设备和技术也不断更新迭代。传统经股动脉途径与血管入路相关的围手术期并发症仍然是发病率和死亡率的主要决定因素。越来越多的临床数据及研究表明,经桡动脉途径作为结构性心脏病介入治疗的主要或辅助血管入路是可行和安全的,其手术成功率高,且出血和血管并发症较少发生。现对近年来国内外关于经桡动脉途径介入治疗结构性心脏病的最新进展进行综述,为临床实践提供参考。
Abstract:
In recent years,with the progress and development of medical technology,the equipment and technology of transcatheter treatment of structural heart disease are constantly updated and iterated. Perioperative complications associated with traditional femoral artery approach and vascular approach are still the main determinants of morbidity and mortality. More and more clinical data and studies have shown that transradial approach as the main or auxiliary vascular approach for interventional treatment of structural heart disease is feasible and safe,with a high surgical success rate and fewer bleeding and vascular complications. This article mainly reviews the latest progress of transradial interventional therapy for structural heart disease at home and abroad in recent years,so as to provide reference for clinical practice
