摘要:
非瓣膜性心房颤动(NVAF)是最常见的心房颤动类型。左心房结构和功能重构在NVAF的发生和病情进展过程中具有重要意义。作为无创、简便、易获得的工具,超声心动图在NVAF患者病情评估、疗效观察以及并发症危险分层方面发挥着重要作用。现阐述超声心动图对NVAF患者左心房结构和功能的评估方法、相关参数及其临床意义。
Abstract:
Nonvalvular atrial fibrillation(NVAF) is the most common type of atrial fibrillation. Left atrial structural and functional remodeling plays a significant role in the occurrence and progression of NVAF. As a non-invasive,convenient and widely available tool,echocardiography plays an important role in the disease assessment,efficacy observation and risk stratification of complications in patients with atrial fibrillation. This article reviews the e valuation methods,relevant parameters and clinical significance of echocardiography for left atrial structure and function in patients with NVAF
