摘要:
许多临床研究表明肾囊肿与主动脉瘤的发生有密切的相关性,其中基质金属蛋白酶家族及PKD基因在两种疾病中显示出相关性,现就肾囊肿与主动脉瘤相关病理及病因学研究进展做一综述。
Abstract:
Many clinical studies have shown that renal cyst is closely related to the occurrence of aortic aneurysm. Among them,matrix metalloproteinase family and PKD gene showed correlation in the two diseases . This article reviews the progress of pathology and etiology of renal cyst and aortic aneurysm.
