摘要:
冠状动脉慢性完全闭塞目前仍是介入心血管医生面临的最大挑战之一。尽管目前在介入治疗技术上和临床获益方面取得了一定的进展,但尚未开通病变的患者比例仍然很高,对开通病变策略选择尚无统一准则,且现今关于冠状动脉慢性完全闭塞预后临床证据尚有争议。因此,本综述重点对冠状动脉慢性完全闭塞行介入治疗的适应证,目前介入治疗的策略、技术及临床获益的研究情况进行阐述。
Abstract:
Chronic total occlusion of coronary arteries remains one of the greatest challenges for interventional cardiologists. Although some progress has been made in interventional therapy technology and clinical benefits,the proportion of patients with lesions who have not yet been activated is still very high.There is no unified criterion for the selection of lesion strategies and the clinical evidence on the prognosis of chronic total occlusion is still controversial.Therefore,this review focuses on the indications of percutaneous coronay intervention for chronic total occlusion,current interventiuonal treatment strategies,tehniques and clinical benefits.
