摘要:
缺血伴非阻塞性冠状动脉疾病(INOCA)指患者出现明显的心肌缺血表现,但冠状动脉造影显示冠状动脉正常或接近正常(狭窄<50%)的冠状动脉疾病。不同的研究中INOCA的患病率差异很大,其发病原因种类多,可单独或联合起作用。近年来,微血管功能障碍如微血管痉挛、血管舒张障碍越来越受到人们的关注。INOCA的其他相对常见病因还有冠状动脉斑块、冠状动脉夹层、冠状动脉微血管痉挛、应激性心肌病等。INOCA的研究目的在于从众多发病原因中明确诊断,针对病因进行治疗,从而提高患者的生存率和生存质量。
Abstract:
Ischemia with no obstructive coronary artery disease (INOCA) is a clinical syndrome characterized by evidence of ischemia with normal or near normal coronary arteries on angiography (stenosis severity<50%).Prevalence rates vary widely among different studies. The Mechanisms contributing to INOCA appear multifactorial and may operate alone or in combination. Over the years,there has been increasing recognition of the role of microvascular dysfunction such as microvasospasm and vasodilation disorder. Other common causes are coronary plaque,coronary artery dissection,coronary microvasospasm,Takotsubo cardiomyopathy,and so on. The research of INOCA aims at how to make a clear diagnosis for patients among various pathogenic causes,so as to implement correct etiological treatment for patients and improve the survival rate and life quality of patients
