摘要:
肌少症是一种与增龄相关的老年综合征,以进行性骨骼肌含量、肌力下降及功能障碍为主要特征。慢性心力衰竭是各类心血管疾病进展的晚期阶段,其症状与骨骼肌功能降低和骨骼肌细胞变化有关,与肌少症的发生发展密切相关。运动干预是治疗肌少症的重要手段。其中抗阻训练与降低慢性心力衰竭患者再住院率和改善其生活质量密切相关。现对慢性心力衰竭合并肌少症的发病机制以及抗阻训练对其影响及相关机制进行综述,以期为心力衰竭合并肌少症患者的临床诊疗提供科学依据。
Abstract:
Sarcopenia is a kind of senile syndrome related to aging,which is characterized by progressive decline in skeletal muscle volume and muscle strength and dysfunction. Chronic heart failure(CHF) is the terminal manifestation of v arious cardiovascular diseases. Its symptoms are related to the decline of skeletal muscle function and changes in skeletal muscle cell,and are closely related to the occurrence and development of sarcopenia. Exercise intervention is an important means of treating sarcopenia. Among them,resistance training is closely related to reducing the readmission rate and improving the life quality of CHF patients. This article reviews the pathogenesis of CHF complicated with sarcopenia,the effect of resistance training on it and related mechanisms,in order to provide scientific basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients with heart failure with sarcopenia
