摘要:
人口老龄化及其他多种原因导致的心搏骤停发生率逐年上升,由于传统心肺复苏治疗的局限性,发展了以体外膜氧合为核心的体外心肺复苏作为传统心肺复苏无效时的补充手段,是近年国外心肺复苏的应用热点。现对体外心肺复苏应用和研究的现状进行综述。
Abstract:
The incidence of sudden cardiac arrest caused by aging population and other reasons is increasing year by year,due to the limitations of traditional cardiopulmonary resuscitation treatment,extracorporeal cardiopulmonary resuscitation with extracorporeal membrane oxygenation as the core has been developed,and it is a supplementary means when traditional cardiopulmonary resuscitation fails.This direction is the application hotspot of cardiopulmonary resuscitation abroad in recent years.This article reviews the application and research status of extracorporeal cardiopulmonary resuscitation
