摘要:
目的 对比Angio-Seal血管闭合装置 与人工压迫在主动脉内球囊反搏（IABP）拔除后的止血效果及并发症的发生率。方法 纳入220 例行IABP留置超过12 h 的患者，根据拔除IABP后是否使用Angio-Seal血管闭合装置将所有患者分为Angio-Seal组和人工压迫组。观察拔出IABP后出血、血肿、假性动脉瘤、腹膜后血肿、血管迷走神经反射及腰背部不适程度发生率。结果 两组出血 、血肿、假性动脉瘤、腹膜后血肿等并发症发生率无显著差异（P＞0.05），但Angio-Seal组血管迷走神经反射和腰背部不适发生率更低（P＜0.05）。结论 在留置时间超过12 h 的IABP患者中，使用Angio-Seal血管闭合装置和人工压迫相比并未增加患者的出血和相关并发症的风险，同时可改善患者不适程度。
Abstract:
Objective To compare the hemostatic effect and complication of the Angio-Seal vascular close device and routine arterial compression after intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP) was removed. Methods A total of 220 patients with IABP over 12 h were randomised into Angio-Seal group and the routine arterial compression group based on whether using Angio-Seal closure device after IABP was removed. The outcome events included the occurrence rates of bleeding,hematomas,pseudoaneurysms,retroperitoneal hematomas,vasovagal nerve reflexs and lumbodorsal discomforts. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the rates of bleeding and complications such as hematoma,pseudoaneurysm,and retroperitoneal hematoma(P＞0.05),while there existed a lower rate of vasovagal reflexes and lumbodorsal discomforts in the Angio-Seal group(P＜0.05). Conclusion For patients with IABP over 12 h,the Angio-Seal device did not increase the risk of bleeding and related complications,meanwhile it was able to improve the level of discomforts.
