摘要:
起搏诱导性心肌病(PICM)是一种长期高比例心室起搏而引起的严重并发症。PICM患者通常需要调整起搏治疗方式。希氏-浦肯野系统起搏作为生理性起搏,包括希氏束起搏(HBP)和左束支起搏(LBBP),其电与机械同步性优于传统右心室起搏。现对HBP/LBBP改善PICM患者心功能的机制进行探讨,并根据现有临床研究证据归纳总结PICM患者实施HBP/LBBP后心功能改善情况。
Abstract:
Pacing-induced cardiomyopathy (PICM) is a serious complication of prolonged ventricular pacing at a high rate. Patients with PICM often require adjustment of pacing therapy. The His-Purkinje system pacing is physiological,including His bundle pacing (HBP) and left bundle branch pacing (LBBP). Its electrical and mechanical synchronization is better than traditional right ventricular pacing. This paper discusses the mechanism of HBP/LBBP improving cardiac function in PICM patients. It summarizes the improvement of cardiac function in PICM patients after HBP/LBBP implementation based on the existing clinical research evidence
