摘要:
梗阻性肥厚型心肌病的室间隔消减治疗已成为其最重要的治疗手段,近10年陆续出现了室间隔射频消融和立体定向放射等各种新技术,在前期的研究中发现可有效地降低左室流出道的压力阶差。但每种技术尚有一定严重并发症的风险,同时对患者的解剖条件要求不一,尽管目前的技术还不尽完美,但他们代表着今后的发展方向,势必对梗阻性肥厚型心肌病的治疗产生革命性的影响。
Abstract:
Ventricular septal reduction therapy has become the most important treatment for obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. In recent 10 years,various new technologies such as ventricular septal radiofrequency ablation and stereotactic radiation have emerged. In previous studies,it has been found that it can effectively reduce the pressure gradient of left ventricular outflow tract. However,each technology still has a certain risk of serious complications,and has different requirements for the anatomical conditions of patients. Although the current technology is not perfect,they represent the future development direction and are bound to have a revolutionary impact on the treatment of obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.
