目的 外周血自噬相关炎症因子表达水平与代谢综合征的相关性。方法 选2018年月2019年月作为β水平,并测定两组自噬相关(炎症。结果 β均呈正相关性(P<0.05)(P<0.05)炎症β;p62和Atg5表达量的重要相关因素为IR和白介素-1β。结论?#160MS患者自噬相关炎症因子LC-3p62Atg5蛋白均呈现高表达,并与患者一般临床指标存在明显相关性,对于研究MS的发病机制和评估患者病情具有一定的指导价值。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the correlation between expression levels of autophagy-related inflammatory factors in peripheral blood and metabolic syndrome (MS). Methods A total of 96 MS patients who were admitted to The 958th Hospital of PLA Army from July 2018 to June 2019 were enrolled as study group. Another 96 healthy patients who have physical examination in this hospital during the same period were enrolled as the control group. The physical examination indexes,insulin resistance(IR),levels of fasting blood glucose,triglyceride,total cholesterol,high density lipoprotein cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol and interleukin 1β were compared between the two groups. The expression levels of autophagy-related factors(LC-3,p62 and Atg5 protein) in both groups were measured,and their correlation with clinical indexes in MS patients was analyzed. Results The expression levels of Atg5 and LC-3Ⅱ/LC-3Ⅰin study group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),while expression level of p62 was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05). The correlation analysis results showed that expression of LC-3Ⅱ/LC-3Ⅰand Atg5 was positively correlated with body mass index,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,fasting blood glucose,triglyceride,total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,IR and interleukin 1β(P<0.05),while negatively correlated with high density lipoprotein cholestero(P<0.05). The correlation between autophagy-related factor p62 and the above all indexes was on the contrary. It was found by the further multiple linear regression analysis that the important related factors of LC-3 expression were IR,triglyceride and interleukin 1β. The important related factors of p62 and Atg5 expression were IR and interleukin 1β. Conclusion The autophagy-related inflammatory factors (LC-3,p62 and Atg5 protein) in MS patients are all highly expressed,and are significantly correlated with the general clinical indexes,which had certain guiding value for studying the pathogenesis of MS and evaluating the patient’s condition
