摘要:
急性心肌梗死后,尽管心外膜梗死相关动脉恢复再灌注,但相当一部分患者心肌灌注始终不理想,这种现象被称为冠状动脉微血管阻塞。它显著地增加急性心肌梗死患者不良心室重塑的风险和未来心血管事件的发生,降低了经皮冠脉介入术后的临床获益。现总结冠状动脉微血管阻塞的潜在机制、诊断技术和治疗现状。
Abstract:
After acute myocardial infarction, although epicardial infarct-related arteries are reperfused, myocardial perfusion remains unsatisfactory in a considerable number of patients,and this phenomenon is called coronary microvascular occlusion. It significantly increases the risk of adverse ventricular remodeling in patients with acute myocardial infarction and the occurrence of future cardiovascular events, and reduces the clinical benefit after percutaneous coronary intervention. This review summarizes the underlying mechanisms, diagnostic techniques, and current treatments of coronary artery microvascular occlusion.
