摘要:
冠状动脉旁路移植术是治疗冠心病、重建心肌灌注的有效方法,但其较低的远期静脉桥血管的通畅率成为影响患者预后的一大难题。大隐静脉作为临床最常用的桥血管,伴随着人们认识的进步,经历了选择-放弃-重生的曲折历程。相较于传统静脉获取方法,“No-touch”技术(即不接触获取技术)最大限度地保护了桥血管内膜及血管外结缔组织,进而改善了大隐静脉桥的远期通畅率,这可能是多种原因共同作用的结果,目前仍需更多的病例随访及更深入的机制探索来给予证实。
Abstract:
Coronary artery bypass grafting is an effective method to treat coronary heart disease and reconstruct myocardial perfusion. However, the poor long-term patency rate of vein graft has become a major problem affecting the prognosis of patients.The great saphenous vein, as the most commonly used bridging vessel in clinic, has experienced a tortuous course of choice-abandonment-regeneration with the progress of peoples cognition.Compared to traditional means, the "no-touch" technique properly preserves surrounding tissue s and vascular intima of saphenous vein , which in turn convert to a higher long-term patency rate. The improvement may be the result of multiple factors, which still need to be confirmed by more case follow-up and further mechanism exploration.
