摘要:
心力衰竭是21世纪最严重的心血管问题,是各种心脏病的严重表现和终末阶段,其发病率高、病死率高和再住院率高。心脏再同步化治疗是目前治疗心脏失同步心力衰竭的重要方法,可改善心力衰竭患者的生活质量,降低病死率和减少心脏猝死的发生,其治疗的反应性有无常与碎裂QRS波群的出现相关。碎裂QRS波群是心脏病患者心电图上出现的心室除极异常的一个指标,研究发现它与多种心脏疾病有关。现就碎裂QRS波群在心脏再同步化治疗患者中的研究认识发展及现状做一总结。
