摘要:
经皮冠脉介入是急性心肌梗死的重要治疗手段,但常规冠状动脉介入治疗能处理大血管病变,术后易发生微循环障碍(CMD)。药物治疗虽能一定程度上改善CMD,但疗效有限。随着近年来有创及无创技术的发展,后CMD的治疗有了新的进展。综述后CMD的非药物治疗研究进展,以期探索最佳治疗策略。
Abstract:
Percutaneous coronary intervention is an important treatment for acute myocardial infarctionbut it can only treat macroangiopathy. Coronary microangiopathy also play an important role on acute myocardial infarction. Drugs can improve coronary microcirculation dysfunction(CMD) to some extent,but the effect is limited. Along with the developments of recent non-invasive and invasive techniques,treatment of CMD keeps going deeper. This paper reviews the treatment progress of CMD,and hopes to explore the best treatment strategy.
