摘要:
氯吡格雷抵抗与包括遗传变异在内的多种因素有关,CYP2C19基因的多态性是遗传变异的类型之一,临床医师可通过基因检测鉴别出携带CYP2C19功能缺失等位基因的患者,进而指导冠心病患者个体化的抗血小板治疗。现就基因检测相关指南推荐及最新临床研究综述如下。
Abstract:
Clopidogrel resistance is associated with a variety of factors including genetic variation. The polymorphism of the CYP2C19 gene is one of the types of genetic variation. Clinicians can identify coronary heart disease patients with CYP2C19 loss-of-function alleles by genotyping to guide individualized antiplatelet therapy. The following is a summary of the recommended guidelines and the latest clinical studies for genetic testing.
