摘要:
已知Marshall韧带参与了房性心律失常的发生和维持,然而,其中起关键作用的肌性结构——Marshall束尚无详细报道。现就Marshall束的解剖及其在房性心律失常中的电生理特性、折返机制和研究进展做一综述。
Abstract:
Although the ligament of Marshall(LOM)has been implicated in the genesis of atrial arrhythmia, the important cardiac muscle fibers(Marshall bundles, MB)within this LOM is not well concerned. The paper reviews the anatomy of MB and its electrophysiological characteristics and mechanism in atrial arrhythmia.
