摘要:
心肌桥(MB)是一种常见的先天冠状动脉变异,通常表现为良性,但近期研究发现MB也可能与心肌缺血、心律失常、左心室肥厚、应激性心肌病有关,甚至可能与急性冠状动脉综合征、心搏骤停、心室颤动等多种不良事件有关。心电图(ECG)作为快速且廉价的心脏评价手段,在MB及其相关疾病的检测中取得长足进步。现综述ECG与ECG新型标志物在MB及其相关心血管疾病诊断中的研究进展,并对当前研究的困难与未来发展的方向做一分析。
Abstract:
It is generally believed that myocardial bridging (MB) is a congenital benign coronary artery anomaly. However ,it seems that MB can lead to various symptoms or diseases such as myocardial ischemia,arrhythmia,left ventricular hypertrophy,stress-induced cardiomyopathy,and even adverse cardiac events such as acute coronary syndrome,cardiac arrest,and ventricular fibrillation according to recent studies . As a rapid and inexpensive detection method,electrocardiogram (ECG) has made significant progress in the detection of MB and its related diseases. This paper reviews the research progress of ECG and new ECG markers in the diagnosis of MB and its related cardiovascular diseases,and analyzes the difficulties of the current research and the future development direction..
