摘要:
辣椒素作为高血压潜在、创新的治疗策略,在调节血压和心血管功能方面展现出独特的临床应用价值。目前,“辣膳食”已被正式写入《中国高血压防治指南(2024年修订版)》。辣椒素作为辣膳食的主要营养素,能通过激活瞬时受体电位香草素1通道和多靶点调节,影响血管内皮功能,促进NO释放,抑制血管平滑肌细胞增殖,调节中枢神经系统及肾素-血管紧张素系统,减轻氧化应激和炎症反应,从而调节血压。现从辣椒素的生理学基础与作用机制,辣椒素参与血压调节的主要机制以及辣椒素在高血压治疗中的临床应用价值与治疗潜力等方面做一综述。通过整合最新研究证据,为临床医生和研究者提供一个全面的理论框架,推动辣椒素在高血压治疗领域的深入研究和创新应用。
Abstract:
Capsaicin,as a potential and innovative therapeutic strategy for hypertension,has demonstrated unique clinical application value in regulating blood pressure and cardiovascular function. Currently,“spicy diet”has been officially included in the “Chinese Hypertension Prevention and Treatment Guidelines (Revised Edition 2024)”. As the main nutrient of spicy diet ,capsaicin can affect vascular endothelial function,promote the release of NO,inhibit the proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells,regulate the central nervous system and renin-angiotensin system,reduce oxidative stress and inflammatory response by activating transient receptor potential vanilin 1 channel and multi-target regulation,thereby regulating blood pressure. This review will conduct a systematic assessment from aspects such as the physiological basis and mechanism of action of capsaicin,the main mechanisms by which capsaicin participates in blood pressure regulation,and the clinical application value and therapeutic potential of capsaicin in the treatment of hypertension. By integrating the latest research evidence,a comprehensive theoretical framework is provided for clinicians and researchers,promoting in-depth research and innovative application of capsaicin in the treatment of hypertension
