摘要:
在现代心脏外科手术中,体外循环是不可或缺的组成部分,但由于其操作特殊性,机体的炎症因子常常被激活,导致炎症的发生或加重。西维来司他钠是一种高度特异性中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶抑制剂,是首个治疗急性肺损伤伴有全身炎症反应综合征的药物,其作用机制及疗效研究取得了显著进展。现综述西维来司他钠在体外循环手术后的研究进展,重点探讨其对术后患者的疗效及肺部管理的优化作用。
Abstract:
In modern cardiac surgery,extracorporeal circulation is indispensable part ,but due to its special operation,the body’s inflammatory factors are often activated,leading to the occurrence or aggravation of inflammation. Sivelestat sodium,a highly specific neutrophil elastase inhibitor,is the first drug for treat ing acute lung injury associated with systemic inflammatory response syndrome. The study of its mechanism of action and therapeutic effect has made significant progress. This article reviews the research progress on the use of sivelestat sodium after extracorporeal circulation surgery,focusing on exploring its therapeutic effects on postoperative patients and optimizing lung management
