摘要:
中国冠心病的介入治疗数量居全球之首,目前主要指导冠心病介入治疗的是冠状动脉造影。近年研究表明血流储备分数、定量血流分数等功能性指标在指导冠状动脉介入治疗方面有独特的优势。基于国内外文献,现主要介绍血流储备分数和定量血流分数在冠心病介入治疗中的应用和进展。
Abstract:
The number of interventional treatment for coronary heart disease in China ranks first in the world. At present,coronary angiography is the main guide for interventional treatment of coronary heart disease. Recent studies have shown that functional indicators such as fractional flow reserve and quantitative flow ratio have unique advantages in guiding coronary interventional treatment. Based on domestic and foreign literature,this article mainly introduces the application and progress of fractional flow reserve and quantitative flow ratio in interventional treatment of coronary heart disease
