摘要:
二尖瓣环钙化是老年人临床上比较多见的心脏退行性疾病,其发生原因和发病机制尚未完全清楚,治疗策略也未形成共识。当二尖瓣环钙化导致二尖瓣功能不全时,常需手术干预,但手术死亡率高,严重并发症多。干预方法主要包括外科手术、介入治疗和杂交手术治疗等。现对这些方法进行归类总结,并对其主要适应证、关键步骤、治疗效果及新技术进展进行综述。
Abstract:
Mitral annular calcification is a clinically common degenerative heart disease in elderly persons,and its cause and pathogenesis are still not completely clear,and there is also no consensus on the therapeutic strategy. When mitral annular calcification causes mitral valve dysfunction,surgical intervention is often required,but surgical mortality and rate of serious complications are high. The intervention methods include surgical treatment,interventional therapy,and hybrid surgery. This paper classifies and summarizes these methods,and reviews the main indications,key steps,treatment effects,and the progress of new technologies
