摘要:
肺动脉分支狭窄是常见的儿童血管畸形之一。未经治疗的肺动脉分支狭窄会导致狭窄远端的肺血管床发育不良以及未发生狭窄的对侧肺血管持续性高肺动脉压力,进而导致右心衰竭甚至危及生命。内科介入治疗是外科治疗的替代治疗,在复杂先天性心脏病外科术后等特殊人群甚至是首选治疗方式。随着材料学的进步,肺动脉支架蓬勃发展、前景广阔,广泛应用于肺动脉分支狭窄的介入治疗。为了帮助临床医师了解肺动脉支架的相关研究进展,现概述不同类型支架在肺动脉分支狭窄中的应用。
Abstract:
Pulmonary branch stenosis(PBS) is one of the most common vascular malformations in children. Untreated PBS can result in a hypoplastic pulmonary vascular bed distal to the stenosis and persistent high pulmonary artery pressure in the contralateral pulmonary vessels without stenosis, leading to right heart failure or even life-threatening conditions. Intervention therapy is an alternative to surgery and is even the preferred treatment in special populations such as children after undergoing complex congenital heart disease surgery. With the progress of material science, pulmonary artery stents have been widely used in interventional therapy of PBS. To help clinicians better keep pace with the related research advances, an overview of the different types of stents used in PBS is presented.
