摘要:
随着对他汀类药物研究的不断深入,越来越多的证据表明,他汀类药物还具有抗炎、抗氧化、调节血管内皮功能以及影响细胞代谢等诸多作用,这些独立于降脂作用以外的其他作用即他汀类药物的多效性。现就几种常见呼吸系统疾病在他汀类药物多效性中的获益做一简要介绍。
Abstract:
With the deepening of the research on statins,more and more evidence shows that statins also have many effects,such as anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,regulating vascular endothelial function and affecting cell metabolism,which are independent of other effects other than lipid-lowering,that is,the pleiotropy of statins. This article briefly introduces the benefits of several common respiratory diseases in the pleiotropy of statins
