摘要:
尿酸是核蛋白和嘌呤碱的代谢产物,属于人体正常代谢产物,生理剂量的尿酸具有抗炎、抗氧化、防御等保护作用,但体内过饱和的尿酸对机体产生氧化、炎症等不良反应,引起机体内环境紊乱,影响心血管事件的发生、进展及预后。结缔组织病基本病理机制系慢性、持续性炎症反应,结缔组织继发性心血管病变能直接影响其病情及结局。近年来,越来越多的研究指出血清尿酸水平与结蹄组织疾病及其继发性心脑血管病变的严重程度和预后密切相关。因此,尿酸水平有望成为此类疾病风险分层以及预后的预测工具。现主要综述血清尿酸水平与结缔组织病及继发性心血管病变的研究进展。
Abstract:
Uric acid,the metabolic product of nucleocapsid and purine base,belongs to the normal metabolite of the human body. Physiological doses of uric acid in serum play protective functions like anti-inflammatory,antioxidant and so on,but under certain conditions,supersaturated uric acid is harmful to health,since it can be promoted oxidation or proinflammatory agents which not only increase the occurrence rate of cardiovascular events,but can worse the prognosis of these diseases. The basic pathological mechanism of connective tissue diseases is chronic persistent inflammatory reaction. Secondary cardiovascular damages of connective tissue diseases directly related to the severity and prognosis. Recently,an increasing number of studies have manifested that serum uric acid level is closely bound of the severity and prognosis of connective tissue diseases and its secondary cardio-cerebrovascular diseases. Therefore,uric acid level is expected to be a predictive tool for risk and prognosis of these diseases. This review focuses on the relationship between serum uric acid level and connective tissue diseases,cardiovascular diseases.
