摘要:
心血管事件是非心脏手术术后主要的死亡原因之一，围术期心血管事件发病率高且危害大，若术前对围术期心血管事件发生率进行评估、预测，并采取有效的干预措施，便可降低心血管事件的发生率。本文针对非心脏手术围术期心血管事件风险评估体系内容及比较展开综述。
Abstract:
Cardiovascular events are one of the main causes of death after non-cardiac surgery. The incidence of perioperative cardiovascular events is high and the risk ishigh. If the incidence of perioperative cardiovascular events was assessed and predicted preoperatively,and effective intervention measures were taken,the incidence of cardiovascular events can be reduced. This paper reviews the contents and comparison of the risk assessment system of cardiovascular events in non-cardiac surgery.
